I bring a unique combination of expertise and compassion to Aspire Dental. My extensive training in specialized procedures, including new smile makeovers, dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, grafting, and sedation dentistry, allows me to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex dental needs. Growing up on a ranch in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, I have developed the work ethic and dedication that define my approach to patient care today.
My path to dentistry began as a collegiate basketball player at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs before transferring to the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. After earning my undergraduate degree in Emergency Medical Services Management, I continued at the University of Utah School of Dentistry, where I graduated with honors. My commitment to excellence led me to complete an intensive 18-month advanced training program focused on full mouth implant reconstructive surgery, prosthetics, and IV sedation.
Patients consistently provide praise for my gentle approach and ability to make even the most anxious patients feel comfortable. My expertise in sedation dentistry particularly benefits those who have avoided dental care due to fear or anxiety. Whether performing a complex All-on-4 procedure or a routine examination, I take time to listen to each patient’s concerns and develop personalized treatment plans. At Aspire Dental, I’ll combine state-of-the-art technology with compassionate care to create beautiful, healthy smiles for patients throughout North Dakota.

Dr. Sammy grew up in Grapevine, Texas, and completed his undergraduate studies at Southern Methodist University. Before entering the dental field, he owned and operated an automotive performance shop where he developed advanced mechanical and technical skills.
He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. Since graduating, Dr. Sammy has been practicing in North Dakota and we are very fortunate to have him as part of our team.
Dr. Sammy has completed more than 800 hours of surgical continuing education and is an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He is also actively pursuing board certification with the American Board of Oral Implantology, having successfully passed Part I of the written examination and preparing to complete Part II.
He is highly proficient in digital dentistry, comprehensive care, and dental prosthetics, allowing him to deliver advanced, predictable, and patient centered treatment outcomes.
Outside of the dental field, Dr. Sammy is an avid snowboarder, enjoys tinkering with engine components, and spends much of his free time hiking and exploring the outdoors.
Dr. Sammy is committed to providing high quality, compassionate care, and he brings unmatched dedication and surgical expertise to every patient he serves.

Born and raised in the vibrant city of New Orleans, Dr. Migliore brings an unwavering passion for patient care to the world of dentistry. A proud graduate of Louisiana State University School of Dentistry, Dr. Migliore has dedicated his career to mastering the art and science of implant dentistry.
Now serving patients at Aspire Dental, Dr. Migliore combines southern hospitality with advanced surgical expertise to provide top-tier care in the heart of North Dakota. With over 500 hours of continuing education in implant dentistry completed in just the last two years alone, he stays at the forefront of cutting-edge dental care. He further deepened his surgical skills and knowledge through an intensive two-year fellowship at Implant Pathway—a prestigious implant-focused surgical training center. This advanced training allows him to provide patients with the most modern, effective, and comfortable solutions for missing or failing teeth.
At Aspire Dental, Dr. Migliore blends clinical excellence with advanced technology, using tools like 3D printing and digital scanning to enhance precision, efficiency, and the overall patient experience. He is passionate about creating healthy, beautiful smiles that not only look great but function seamlessly—improving his patients’ quality of life one smile at a time. Above all, Dr. Migliore is committed to delivering the highest level of care with compassion and a patient-first mindset.
Outside the office, Dr. Migliore is an adventurer at heart. He enjoys traveling the world, snowboarding, hiking scenic trails, scuba diving, drumming, playing sports, and cheering on his favorite teams. His passion for learning extends beyond dentistry—he’s constantly exploring, growing, and bringing new energy into both his personal life and his dental practice.
Hi! I’m Mya Elkin, Dental Hygienist!

I’m Mya, a dental hygienist. I first started my career in dentistry by attending dental assisting school in Moorhead, MN and worked as a dental assistant for a year before moving to Great Falls, MT to obtain my degree in dental hygiene. I graduated in 2024 and have been loving my role as an RDH ever since.
I was raised in Dickinson and am very happy to return to work and live in my hometown. My fiancé and I have a one-year-old Bernese mountain dog, JoJo, and we love spending our free time outdoors with her!
I look forward to helping patients feel comfortable and confident about their smiles and very much look forward to seeing you.
