What do I need to know about Aspire dental?

At Aspire Dental we provide a multidiscipline approach to health. Our family friendly practice focuses on providing a personalized, hospitable experience at an exceptional value. We are here to serve your needs with innovative and compassionate care.

What is a report of findings?

After the doctor performs their examination and has gathered all their information they will evaluate your oral health and determine what care is necessary to restore your dental health. Often times, there is need for additional procedures outside of your initial visit. During the report, you will learn about your oral health needs, doctor recommendations, estimated investment, and the expected time to restore your health.

What can I expect when I first see the doctor?

Your initial visit will take approximately 90 minutes. During that time you will receive a comprehensive examination which includes an oral cancer screening, intraoral photos, prophylactic hygiene cleaning, and complete radiographic series for $249. A report of findings with financial consultation of future dental needs is included in that fee, but may require a second appointment.

Aspire Dental is Fee for Service. What does that mean?

We are an unrestricted provider, meaning: we do not submit to your insurance on your behalf, but we do provide you with the necessary paperwork for you to file your claim with your insurance company for reimbursement.

This is great new for you! By doing so, we are able to provide you with affordable care without your insurance company limiting your needs.

We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Aspire Dental does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
